Who we are
Home X Ventures is a real estate investment, flipping and development company based in Southern California. We buy residential property, work with brokers and agents, and partner with other investors and developers.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through the forms on this site. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Property details such as the address, city, ZIP code, condition, asking price and your timeline.
- Business details such as your brokerage or company, the markets you work in, your strategy and capital range.
- Anything you write in a message field.
To limit spam, we also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of the network address your submission came from. We do not use it to identify you.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request: to evaluate a property, prepare an offer, review a deal you submitted, or follow up on a network application. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use service providers to run this website, store form submissions and send messages on our behalf. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under state law. We will honor those requests.
